Biography

My journey in the mental health field commenced in 2013, where my passion for aiding others was ignited through volunteer work at a women's shelter. This transformative experience prompted me to seek further opportunities, leading me to volunteer with youth at a Section 23 school, which only fueled my commitment to making a difference.

Throughout my undergraduate studies, I actively pursued additional volunteer roles, lending support to those experiencing homelessness and the elderly. Subsequently, I embarked on a rewarding path, working for approximately five years with adults facing developmental disabilities. Further enriching my expertise, I dedicated three years to serving at a rehabilitation center specializing in substance abuse.

After completing my Masters, my professional focus shifted to providing psychotherapy in both community settings and private practice. Throughout this journey, I have remained steadfast in my dedication to empowering individuals and fostering positive change through the power of therapeutic interventions.
